Simone Isemann is a psychologist who has Masters in both Clinical Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Simone manages the clinical services at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury and also sees clients within the bulk billing service.
Simone works with clients who may have a wide range of issues including Hoarding Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety, Trauma and life transitions and adjustments. Simone is passionate about helping her clients increase their resilience and wellbeing and in doing so, draws on her knowledge of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). As well as seeing individual clients, Simone enjoys group work and co-facilitates the Hoarding Treatment Program and the 16-week psychological skills group, “Managing your Mood”.Jeanette Svehla is a registered psychologist who has a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology (Honours) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology. Jeanette coordinates the Problem Gambling service at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury, funded by the NSW government’s Responsible Gambling Fund, to provide counselling and support services for problem gamblers, their families and others. She also works in the bulk-billing service and on the personal counselling team where she sees Jeanette – DSC_0656a aclients with a diverse range of issues including trauma, depression, other mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, life transitions and adjustment issues.
Jeanette is trained in Focused Psychological Strategies including Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She enjoys working with clients to develop skills and strategies for a positive and healthy lifestyle. As well as seeing individual clients Jeanette co-facilitates the R.E.A.C.H mood disorder group, the Hoarding Treatment program and the Problem Gambling group.
