Better mental health begins with a phone call to 1300 120 446

If you’re struggling with your mental wellbeing, it can be hard knowing what to do – or where to go for help.

That’s why we have created Way2Wellness. A new, free service delivered by Lifeline and funded by the Sydney North Primary Health Network, Way2Wellness connects people on Sydney’s north side with mental wellbeing support.

If you live, work or attend school in the Hornsby, Hunters Hill, Mosman, North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Lane Cove, Ryde, Willoughby, or Ku-ring-gai Local Government Area, you are welcome to use the service. It doesn’t matter what gender you are, or what background you are from. We are trained to support anyone concerned about their own mental wellbeing, or someone else’s.
